Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard ground shipping via USPS or UPS within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase cigars from our site. We comply with all federal and state tobacco regulations. Age verification is required at checkout, and an adult signature with valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. Due to varying state laws, we do not ship to Utah, South Dakota, or any other location where cigar shipments are prohibited by law.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Weather Conditions
To preserve product quality, we may delay shipping during extreme weather conditions. You will be notified of any delays.
